Iran discussed Customs issues with the world Customs officials and different countries in the WCO annual meeting

July 16, IFIF public relation- Governor of Iran`s Customs House Masoud Karbasian negotiated about regular customs problems with secretary General of World Customs Organization and governors of the Customs houses of Russia, Turkey, Armenia, Indonesia as well.
During the annual meeting of WCO which was held in Brussels with the participation of 180 ministers and heads of Customs, Karbasian discussed with Secretary General of WCO Mikuriya, about mutual interests, digitalized customs and fight against trafficking. Mikuriya praised Iran`s effort in these issues.
Iran and Russia also voiced satisfaction with the implementation of “Green Custom Corridor” and in the meeting with Turkey`s Customs house both countries eager to accelerate trade exchanges due to the signed agreement.
In a meeting with the Head of Armenia Customs House, Karbasian underlined electronic exchange data and also online link between both custom Houses.
And in a meeting with Director General of Indonesian Customs they calls for easing and expansion of trade relations between the two countries.
